Surpassed my expectations I knew the grout was dirty, but I was amazed at how great the tile looked too, after the cleaning. The area sized carpet we had done in the family room has not looked this good in years! We have had it cleaned many many times and it has not lo turned out this well. Wish I’d found this company a long time ago. Now we are moving, but it looks awesome for the new owners!

Disinfectant Splash A few drops of the disinfectant dripped onto our cocktail table and some of the finish came off.

Excellent Customer Service, Very Satisfied I recently used the services from A1 Carpet Care to clean the carpeting in my home and was quite satisfied with how the work from them went. The people from A1 Carpet Care that came out to do the work were very friendly and professional while they were here, and were able to get all the carpets in my home looking like new, and smelling great. Overall I think A1 Carpet Care did an excellent job with the work that I needed. I would definitely use their services again next time I need and I highly recommend them.

My carpet is smelling good thank you! we had some severe pet stains, but A1 did a nice job getting the smell out. it's a white carpet so we didn't expect a miracle, but overall we were very happy with the service.

Awesome Service My wife is hard to please when it comes cleaning our house. We had a guy name Randy who came to our house. He got a stain out of our carpet that we thought was impossible. He saved our carpet. After seeing what a great job he did, we had him clean our furniture. The price was reasonable and worth it. Lets just say my wife was so happy. you know what they say. Happy wife. Happy life.

Randy was outstanding From the beginning, talking to the woman who answered the phone all the way until the gentleman they sent out, I had a great experience. Randy was extremely respectful, did not push or oversell but knew his stuff. He made me laugh and made me feel like I could trust his judgement and I wouldn't be ripped off. I will definitely be calling for only him to come back out. Thank you for hiring such great people to represent your company.

Rodney is very nice and makes me feel comfortable. That's why I always call him. I have definitely already recommended A1 Carpet Care. This is the third year that Rodney has come to the house. He is very friendly. He doesn't get upset if the furniture is not moved, or anything like that. He always moves things around for me and does a great job.
