Customer called to have her carpets cleaned.  Had been sometime since she had them cleaned.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and proceeded to clean the areas requested. Carpets were heavily soiled and our technician  explained to the customer that she had discoloration due to age and sun fading and we would not be able to restore the color but we could clean it and it would look so much better.  See attached picture carpet came out better than the customer expected. Customer was happy with the results
