Customer contacted us to clean his area rugs.  One was wool and the other one was silk and was concerned that it could be cleaned safely.

Solutions provided:

Our technician arrived and assessed the condition of the area rugs.  He proceeded to clean them being careful not to cause any damage.  Customer was happy with the end results and said he would definitely use us again the next time he needs them cleaned.
