• Comment: The representatives arrived prior to our !0 - 1 window.
  I specifically requested 10:00 a.m. or later due to a stroke my husband experienced. He was still in bed when the reps. arrived.
  
  They were to call ahead and did not.
  
  The cleaning was good.
