Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted us to try to clean an area rug that she had.  It was heavily soiled and she wasn't sure it would come clean.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and explained to the customer what he would be able to do with the rug.  After he was finished the customer was amazed and couldn't believe he was able to get it as clean as he did.  Said she will only use us from now on.
