Customer called to clean her entire house.  It had been quite awhile since she had it cleaned and was concerned that it was to late.  She thought she would try to have it cleaned before replacing the carpet.

Solutions provided:

The technician went there and proceeded to clean all the areas she requested.  When he was done she was amazed at how well it turned out. Was very greatful that she didn't have to replace the carpet.
