Customer called to have her upholstery cleaned.  She had 2 sectional sofas and 2 club chairs that she needed cleaned.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and cleaned the upholstery as requested.  Some of it was heavily soiled and he did the best he could.  When he was done the customer was very happy.
