Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called to schedule an appointment to have her large area rug cleaned.  It was a light color and she was concerned about getting it cleaned. 

Solutions provided:

We sent our technician out there to take a look at the rug.  He assured the customer that he would be able to clean it to her satisfaction.  Once he was done she was very happy as it looked almost brand new.
